Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes — cancel anytime with no penalties. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep all your benefits until then.
What happens to unused session credits?
Unused session credits roll over for up to 1 month on Premium and Elite plans. Essential credits expire at month end.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can change your tier anytime from your member portal. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next billing date.
Is there a joining fee?
No — there’s zero joining fee on any plan. Just your monthly subscription, starting from day one of your first session.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes — Essential members can pause for 1 month per year, and Premium/Elite members can pause for up to 2 months per year with no charge.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. However, Elite members can use their Refer & Earn credits for friends and family discounts.
Do discounts apply to all treatments?
Member discounts apply to all laser treatments and most clinic services. Some third-party services may be excluded — your consultant can advise.
How does the 14-day guarantee work?
If you’re not completely satisfied within your first 14 days, we’ll refund your membership fee in full — no questions asked.
