Two treatments at Radiant Skin House address the eye and brow area, and they work in entirely different ways — making it important to understand which addresses your primary concern.

HIFU brow lift: HIFU delivers energy to the structural tissue above and around the brow at depths of 3mm and 4.5mm. This stimulates collagen in the ligaments and subcutaneous tissue that support the brow position, gradually lifting a dropped brow over 6–10 weeks. The result is a raised brow, opened eye area, and reduced hooding from brow descent. HIFU does not tighten the eyelid skin itself — it lifts the brow which reduces hooding caused by brow descent.

Plasma eye lift (hot plasma): Hot plasma directly contracts and resurfaces the excess eyelid skin, reducing the physical volume of skin on the eyelid. It addresses hooding caused by excess upper eyelid skin directly. There is a healing period of 5–7 days. Results are long-lasting and are often described as the closest non-surgical equivalent to a blepharoplasty.

For clients whose hooding is primarily from a dropped brow position, HIFU is the appropriate treatment. For clients with excess upper eyelid skin (even when the brow is in a normal position), hot Plasma is more appropriate. Many clients have both components — at your free consultation, we assess which is dominant and recommend the most effective approach or combination.
