Booking & consultations

You can book through the contact form on our website, call us on 0208 090 1050, email info@radiantskinhouse.uk, or use our mobile app for 24/7 booking. We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day.

Yes — completely free, with no obligation to book a treatment. Your consultation includes a thorough skin and concern assessment, an honest recommendation of the most appropriate treatment for you, and a bespoke treatment plan. We never pressure clients to book on the day.

Your practitioner will discuss your concerns in detail, examine the relevant area, and assess your suitability for the treatment you are interested in. We will explain the treatment, realistic results, the number of sessions likely needed, and pricing. If a treatment is not right for you, we will tell you clearly and suggest a better alternative. For laser hair removal, a patch test is included.
New clients require a consultation before their first treatment. Returning clients who are booking a new treatment type are also assessed before beginning. This ensures we always have an up-to-date understanding of your skin, health, and goals.
Yes — and it is often more convenient and better value to do so. Many treatments combine well and can be performed in sequence during the same appointment. We will advise on sensible combinations at your consultation.
For consultations, we usually have availability within a few days. For specific treatment appointments, especially with a preferred practitioner, we recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance. Call or email us and we will find the earliest slot that works for you.

Treatments & suitability

All treatments at Radiant Skin House are non-invasive, clinically proven, and performed by trained practitioners. We use medical-grade equipment including the Splendor X (Lumenis), CACI Synergy, HiFu, SkinPen, and Plasma Pen. Every new client receives a full assessment before any treatment begins. Your safety is our first priority — we will never recommend or perform a treatment we believe is not right for you.
Yes. We treat clients of all skin tones and ethnicities. Our Splendor X laser hair removal system includes Nd:YAG 1064nm settings specifically designed for Fitzpatrick IV–VI skin types (darker skin). Every client receives a patch test and skin assessment before laser treatment regardless of skin tone.
Most advanced aesthetic treatments are not recommended during pregnancy. This includes laser hair removal, HIFU, Plasma treatments, and injectable treatments. We advise waiting until after you have finished breastfeeding before resuming. Some beauty treatments — HD Brows, lash services, and nails — are safe during pregnancy. Please tell us at booking if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and we will advise accordingly.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or recent procedures when booking. Many conditions do not affect suitability for treatment, but some may require additional assessment or adjustment. We always carry out a full health questionnaire at consultation. Honesty helps us give you the safest, most effective treatment.

Before & after your treatment

This depends on the treatment — your practitioner will give you specific pre-treatment instructions at your consultation. General advice: arrive with clean skin free of makeup and SPF for facial treatments; shave (do not wax) the area 24 hours before laser sessions; avoid sun exposure and tanning for 4 weeks before laser or plasma treatments.

Most treatments at Radiant Skin House have minimal or no downtime. HIFU produces some mild redness for a few hours. Plasma treatments involve a healing period of 5–7 days for hot plasma. Laser hair removal has no downtime. Your practitioner will explain what to expect specifically for your treatment at your consultation.
This varies by treatment. Laser hair removal produces progressive reduction throughout the course — most clients see meaningful reduction from session 3–4. HIFU results develop over 2–3 months as collagen builds. Fat freeze results are visible at 8–12 weeks. Plasma results at 4–6 weeks after healing. Your practitioner will give you a realistic timeline at consultation.
Written aftercare instructions are provided after every session. For most treatments: apply SPF 30+ to treated areas exposed to sunlight; avoid sun exposure for 4 weeks; use gentle skincare for 48 hours after facial treatments. Specific aftercare for your treatment will be explained and provided in writing before you leave the clinic.
