For clients who shave or wax regularly — particularly in sensitive areas or areas prone to ingrown hairs — laser represents a lasting change in daily routine rather than a one-off treatment. Should I choose HD Brows or permanent makeup?
HD Brows is the right choice if you have reasonable brow hair and want expert shaping, tinting, and definition without a permanent result — results last 4–6 weeks. Permanent makeup (PMU brows) is the better option if your brows are sparse, asymmetric, or over-plucked, or if you want longer-lasting definition without filling in your brows every day. At your consultation we assess your brows and make an honest recommendation based on what will actually suit your face and goals.
How long does permanent makeup last?
PMU longevity varies by technique, skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Powder and ombre brows typically last 18–24 months; microblading and combination brows 12–18 months; lip blush and eyeliner 1–2+ years. All PMU fades gradually over time — a maintenance or colour refresh appointment is recommended when the result starts to lighten noticeably. We give you specific longevity guidance for your technique at your consultation.
How long does an LVL lash lift last?
LVL results last approximately 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle. Most clients rebook at 6–8 weekly intervals to maintain the lifted effect. There is no downtime and the result looks entirely natural — longer, more curled lashes without extensions or mascara.
Can I combine brow, lash and facial treatments?
Yes — many clients combine HD Brows, LVL Lash Lift, and a bespoke facial in a single longer appointment for a comprehensive natural refresh. PMU treatments are booked separately (they take 2–3 hours including the design consultation). Anti-wrinkle injections can be combined with any of the above. At your consultation we can discuss which treatments to combine and suggest a suitable booking plan.
Does permanent makeup look natural?
When performed by a trained, experienced practitioner using appropriate technique and colour selection, yes — PMU should enhance rather than replace your natural features.
