01. About Radiant Skin House
Radiant Skin House is a skin, laser, body and aesthetic treatment clinic based in Finchley, North London.

02. Appointments
Appointments should be booked in advance. An appointment is considered confirmed once we have received the required booking information and, where applicable, any requested deposit or payment.
Please provide accurate contact information when making an appointment so that we can contact you regarding your booking.
We reserve the right to refuse or rearrange an appointment where necessary for safety, clinical, operational or other legitimate reasons.
03. Arrival and Late Appointments
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid affecting other clients. The full treatment price may still apply where the appointment cannot be completed because of late arrival.
If you are significantly late, we may need to treat the appointment as cancelled and a cancellation or missed appointment charge may apply where applicable.
04. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
Where a cancellation or rescheduling policy applies, the relevant notice period and charges will be communicated to you when booking.
Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling or missed appointments may result in a deposit being retained or a cancellation fee being charged.
We understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances can occur and will consider these on a case-by-case basis.

Some appointments or treatments may require a deposit or payment in advance.
Any applicable deposit requirements will be explained at the time of booking.
Prices for treatments and services may change from time to time. The price applicable to your booking will normally be confirmed at the time of booking.
All payments must be made using the payment methods accepted by Radiant Skin House.

Where a course of treatment is recommended, completing the recommended course does not guarantee a specific outcome.

You must inform us of any relevant changes to your health, medication, pregnancy status, allergies, skin conditions or other circumstances that could affect your treatment.
You should not withhold information that may be relevant to treatment safety.
If your circumstances change between appointments, please inform us before treatment begins.
Where appropriate, we may request additional information or advise you to seek advice from your GP or another qualified healthcare professional before proceeding.
09. Treatment Advice and Aftercare
After treatment, you may be provided with specific aftercare instructions.
You are responsible for following the aftercare advice provided to you.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect treatment results or increase the risk of irritation, complications or other unwanted effects.
If you experience an unexpected reaction or have concerns following treatment, please contact Radiant Skin House as soon as reasonably possible.
10. Before-and-After Photographs
Photographs may be taken during consultations or treatment to document progress and maintain appropriate treatment records.
Where photographs are intended for marketing, advertising, social media or promotional purposes, appropriate permission or consent will be obtained where required.
You are not required to agree to the use of treatment photographs for promotional purposes as a condition of receiving treatment.
